FABRIC STROGAE SECTION
* Fabrics are received, inspected, and logged upon arrival.
* Stored by type, color, and supplier, with clear labeling for easy identification.
* Maintained in a clean, dry, and pest-free environment to prevent damage.
* Inventory records are regularly updated to track fabric usage and stock levels.
PATTERN & CUTTING SECTION
* Patterns are created/received, graded, and stored systematically.
* Cutting is done accurately and efficiently, following markers to minimize fabric waste.
* Cut pieces are bundled, labeled, and prepared for sewing.
* Quality checks are performed to ensure accuracy of cut pieces.
SEWING SECTION
* Sewing machines are well-maintained and operated by skilled workers.
* Garments are sewn according to specifications and quality standards.
* Work-in-progress is managed effectively to ensure timely completion. * Regular checks are conducted to maintain stitch quality and garment construction.
FINISHING SECTION
* Garments are cleaned, trimmed, and inspected for any defects.
* Buttons, zippers, and other trims are attached.
* Garments are pressed and folded/hung as required.
QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
* Quality checks are performed at every stage of production, from fabric inspection to finished garment.
* Defects are identified and addressed promptly.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING SECTION
